CLASS DESCRIPTION
Beginner
-
A class for those new to the Pilates method of exercise. This class introduces
the Pilates method of exercise and its basic principles namely, Control, Breathing,
Concentration, Centring, Precision, Flowing Movement, Isolation and Routine – 55
mins
Intermediate-
Designed for those who have some Pilates exercise experience and have a grasp
of the basic principles of Pilates, or who have completed a SOFIT Pilates Beginners
course. Intermediate classes cater for different fitness, strength and flexibility
levels, incorporating the use of the Pilates Circle, Mini Ball and resistance
bands– 55 mins
Advanced
-
A high intensity workout of advanced exercises incorporating the use of the Pilates
Circle, Mini Ball and resistance bands. This class is designed for those who
have completed at least two Intermediate courses, and enrolment in this class
pre-supposes extra practice of the Pilates method at home – 55 mins
